Today’s reading is Romans 8: 1-17
This is why we had to walk through the sin and agony of Chapter 7, why we had to experience that frustration with yourself and your sin. We are tempted to beat ourselves up, to think that we’ve got too far, that we can’t be forgiven, that we’ve fallen one too many times. Hear the word of God today:
There is no condemnation for those in Christ Jesus. None. No condemnation. You are forgiven. You are not condemned. You are free and forgiven. Do not beat yourself up any longer. Do not hold your past sins and failures over your head ever again. You are no longer condemned. You are no longer guilty. You no longer stand condemned before God.
You are forgiven today. Let your past go. Let your sins go. Let your mistakes go. You are free today.
Let the past go. You are no longer condemned. You are free.
