Today’s reading is Acts 23: 1-11
Today we read Paul continue to face questioning from religious leaders. This is something that will happen to him quite often through the rest of the book of Acts. He will be hauled in front of religious leaders, in front of secular leaders, in front of many different people. The Lord tells him, have courage. There will be much that he has to do, many people that he would have to speak in front of. I think there is something powerful about these moments when you get to tell your story, these moments where you get to share your faith. Paul got to tell his story in front of so many different people. There is no telling the difference it made, no telling the effect his story had on each person he spoke in front of.
Today, you may have moments, unexpected moments, when you can tell your story. You may be able to point people to Jesus in a way that you would never expect. You never know the difference it can make. Paul pointed people to Jesus not just with his actions, but with every word that he spoke. Today, share your story.
